Are the tours private?
Yes, all of our tours are private, designed to offer an exclusive and personalised experience for you and your group.
What is included in the tour?
All tours include an open bar and light snacks. Should you wish to add extras, such as catering or personalised experiences, please contact us.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Yes, our tours are family-friendly and children are very welcome on board.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks on board. We simply ask that you let us know in advance.
Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is at Funchal Marina. At the agreed time, a member of our crew will be waiting for you at the designated location.
Cancellation Policy
More than 78 hours before the tour: full refund. Between 48 and 78 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours or no-show: non-refundable. If a tour is cancelled by Happy Hour Madeira due to weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
