Yes, you may bring food and drink. However, we do ask that you let us know. 

All our tours include a welcome drink and light snacks. If you want to add something extra to your tour, please contact us.

You can make a reservation request through the contact form on our website, through our social networks, mobile phone number, WhatsApp or through one of our partners.

Accepted payment methods are: debit card, credit card, MBWay, bank transfer or cash.

Cancellation costs are determined based on the advance notice provided for the tour cancellation and are subject to the following conditions: Cancellations made up to 78 hours in advance: Happy Hour Madeira does not require any payment and provides a 100% refund of the tour value if the payment has already been made. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour: The customer is responsible for paying 50% of the tour price. In the event that Happy Hour Madeira cancels the tour due to force majeure circumstances, such as inclement weather, atmospheric conditions, or sea waves, the customer will be promptly notified of the tour cancellation. They will then have the option to reschedule or cancel the tour. If the customer chooses to cancel the tour definitively and requests a full refund, they must inform Happy Hour Madeira at the time of contact. Happy Hour Madeira will facilitate the refund process through the booking agent hired by the customer or arrange a refund via bank transfer if the tour was purchased directly. The customer is required to provide an IBAN for the refund to be processed.

Cancellations 78 hours or less in advance: Happy Hour Madeira does not require payment or refunds 100% of the tour value, if payment for the tour has already been made.

Cancellations 48 hours or less in advance: customer pays 50% of the tour price.

In case of cancellation of the tour by Happy Hour Madeira for reasons of force majeure, namely those related to weather, atmospheric conditions or sea waves, the customer will be contacted as soon as the cancellation of the tour is decided in order to be able to reschedule it or cancel it. it. In these cases, if the customer intends to cancel the tour definitively and wants a refund of the total amount, he must inform Happy Hour Madeira at the time of contact.

Happy Hour Madeira will expedite the return with the booking agent hired by the customer or will proceed with the return by bank transfer if the tour has been purchased directly. The customer is responsible for providing an IBAN so that we can proceed with the return.
